37LAB provides self-paced CCIE training packages, physical rack lab access, workbook materials and Teams coaching for six core CCIE tracks (EI / DC / SEC / Wireless / Collaboration / SP). CCIE Automation and CCDE are workbook-only materials without rack, video or live coaching.
This website is only for information. All checkout and course delivery are operated via LearnWorlds.
All course videos, workbooks, topology files, lab scripts and training materials are copyrighted works owned by 37LAB. You may not share, redistribute, resell, publish or copy our materials to third parties. Sharing our content will result in immediate termination of your lab access and coaching support, with no refund.
Monthly or quarterly subscriptions auto-renew. If you pass the Cisco CCIE lab exam, send your official Cisco pass notification to info@37lab.com, and we will manually cancel future renewals for you.
Refund requests can be submitted within 5 calendar days after enrollment. Once you have watched course videos or used rack lab time, partial or full refund will not be granted.
37LAB provides exam-aligned training resources, but we do not guarantee that every student will pass the CCIE exam. Cisco exam content, blueprint and scoring rules are controlled solely by Cisco Systems, Inc.
We are not affiliated with Cisco.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your training package. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or travel costs related to your exam attempt.
We reserve the right to update these terms. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
